About The Position

Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Tire Technician to provide fast, accurate tire and automotive service while maintaining shop safety and cleanliness. The role includes tire installation and maintenance, basic vehicle services, inspections, battery work, and inventory support. There may be opportunities to progress into light mechanical services as skills and experience allow, and to advance into Mechanic, Service Advisor, or Management positions.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded, with eagerness to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 pounds and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flat tires and inflate tires to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services such as brakes, suspension, and alignments as skills and experience allow.
