About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Duties include tire and wheel installation and maintenance, tire repair and rotation, battery services, equipment maintenance, test driving vehicles, and providing offsite and emergency road services. The employee also promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is offered.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
Ability to frequently lift weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, and kneel, and continuously squat, reach, walk, and stand.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS, and relearn or calibrate TPMS as needed.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles to provide offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
