About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean facility and providing friendly service to customers and drivers. The role includes selling, removing, and replacing tires on vehicles up to and including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and through roadside service. Technicians also repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping. Love’s provides training for candidates without prior experience.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card; Love’s pays for it.

Responsibilities

• Sell, remove, and replace tires on vehicles, including commercial vehicles, in the shop and through roadside service.
• Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction while complying with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
