About The Position

Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean facilities and providing friendly customer service. They interact with customers and drivers and perform tire services on vehicles, including commercial vehicles, both in the shop and roadside. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role also includes equipment repair and store facility maintenance. Technicians work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds while working in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation; Love’s pays for it.

Responsibilities

• Sell, remove, and replace tires on vehicles, including commercial vehicles, in the shop and during roadside service.
• Repair and maintain equipment and the store facility, including general housekeeping.
• Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
