About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Tire Technician to join their Overland Service Center team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced service department environment. The role requires attention to detail to ensure work is done correctly the first time and to maintain outstanding customer service ratings. Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands and have an aptitude for mechanics.

Requirements

  • Valid driver license and good driving record.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for the entire work shift.
  • Must be able to push, pull, crouch, squat, reach, and kneel frequently.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

  • No experience is required as this is an entry-level technician position.

Responsibilities

  • Performing basic maintenance on service vehicles.
  • Inspecting, installing, balancing, and rotating tires.
  • Performing vehicle inspections.
  • Documenting all work per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
  • Operating a wide variety of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmissions.
