About The Position

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. The role includes hands-on training to help develop skills for more advanced positions. Technicians install and repair tires, operate tire machines and balancers, complete work orders, keep the shop and equipment organized, and assist customers and coworkers. The position emphasizes outstanding customer service and a safe, collaborative work environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Employees should be comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions and must be available to work Saturdays. The listed pay is $14.00–$16.00+ per hour, with opportunities for overtime and weekly commissions. Pay is issued weekly. Requirements
