About The Position
Fountain Tire Ponoka is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as an experienced Tire Technician! This role involves a variety of tasks related to tire service and customer interaction. You will be responsible for inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing various types of tires, as well as communicating with customers about repairs, services, and tire sales. Maintaining a safe work environment and providing professional customer service are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 6+ months of tire experience in a professional setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to be on call after hours
- Ability to lift 100 pounds if required
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing passenger, light truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires
- Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, service, and tire sales
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Keeping yourself and coworkers safe on the job
