About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. It includes tire and wheel installation and maintenance, customer engagement, and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise. On-the-job training is available for a variety of skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels.
- Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
- Attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install or rebuild TPMS, and relearn or calibrate TPMS.
- Wash tires and wheels.
- Test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test drive vehicles.
- Operate service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise.
