Requirements
- Ability to learn tire installation, balancing, rotations, and automotive maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift tires, wheels, and automotive equipment regularly.
Nice To Haves
- Previous tire service, automotive maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, rotate, and balance tires on a variety of passenger vehicles and light trucks.
- Perform tire inspections and identify wear patterns, damage, or safety concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, battery testing, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Assist with wheel alignments and other shop services as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly use tire service equipment, lifts, and shop tools while following all safety procedures.
- Complete service documentation accurately and work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient shop operations.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate vehicle needs when appropriate.
