About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Tire/Suspension Lift Tech to join our team. This role involves mounting, balancing, and installing custom wheels and tires, as well as installing lift and level kits. You will operate computer balancers and tire machines, complete work orders, and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Maintaining a clean and organized shop, along with performing planned maintenance on tools and equipment, is also a key part of this position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior wheel and tire installation experience
• Experience working with a computer balancer and tire machine
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record
• Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
• 1 Year Experience

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install custom wheels and tires
• Install lift and level kits
• Operate both computer balancer and tire machine
• Complete work orders and related paperwork
• Follow all safety guidelines including vehicle torque policy
• Update store manager on any needed accessories or tools
• Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
• Conduct planned maintenance on tools and shop equipment
