Flynn’s Tire is currently hiring Tire Technicians for our Austintown, OH location. Requirements

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs

Nice To Haves

• No automotive experience or degree is required!
• Degree not required (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
