This role offers stronger earning potential and a consistent 40-hour schedule compared to customer-facing sales roles in industries like wireless, big-box electronics, or membership sales. The company supports premium automotive brands nationwide and is looking for relationship-focused professionals to join a team of over 550 sales professionals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
