About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Tire Sales Specialists. This role is ideal for experienced tire professionals who want to transition from traditional shop hours to a structured 40-hour, 5-day work week while maintaining strong earning potential and career growth. The Tire Sales Specialist will work inside a premium OEM dealership, leveraging their tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and provide an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
• Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)
• On your feet 7–8 hours per shift
• Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted

Nice To Haves

• Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
• Inspect vehicles and identify tire needs
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate quotes
• Ensure services are completed as promised
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
