About The Position

Dealer Tire, a family-owned international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918, is seeking experienced tire professionals for a Tire Sales Specialist role. This position offers a structured 40-hour, 5-day work week, combining tire expertise with work-life balance. The role involves working inside a premium OEM dealership, guiding customers, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. The company has a dedicated crew of over 550 specialists across the United States and promotes an average of 114 team members per year through its Tire Store program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
• Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)
• On your feet 7–8 hours per shift
• Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted

Nice To Haves

• Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
• Inspect vehicles and identify tire needs
• Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate quotes
• Ensure services are completed as promised
• Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
