About The Position

Dealer Tire is seeking driven, relationship-focused professionals to join their team as Tire Sales Specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage customer-facing sales experience into a higher-earning career with a consistent 40-hour schedule and real career growth. You will work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert customers trust. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers and sell tires on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, identify needs and confidently recommend solutions, provide pricing and close sales, build relationships with customers and dealership teams, and support store operations including inventory and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience preferred
