About The Position

We’re currently looking for a Tire Sales and Service Representative to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This unique role combines commercial tire sales with hands-on tire service, allowing you to build lasting customer relationships while personally delivery the quality workmanship our customers expect.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in commercial tire service required
• Ability to safely service commercial tires using industry-standard tools and equipment
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Nice To Haves

• commercial tire sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers by providing tire products and service solutions that meet their business needs
• Generate new business while growing existing customer accounts
• Sell commercial tires, retread products, preventive maintenance programs, and related services
• Personally perform commercial tire service, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, repairing, and replacing tires on customer vehicles and equipment
• Perform on-site service calls and respond to customer needs in a safe, professional, and timely manner
• Inspect tires, identify maintenance concerns, and recommend products and services that improve tire performance and reduce operating costs
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pomp's in a professional manner
• Assist with store operations and other duties as assigned
