This role is responsible for assisting members with tire selection and purchases, performing proper tire installation and repair, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and adhering to tire bay policies and procedures. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, and strive for flawless execution. They must act with honesty and integrity, prioritize member needs, and escalate concerns appropriately. Ensuring a safe and positive environment for members and colleagues, embracing inclusion and diversity, and working collaboratively are key aspects of the role. Team members should move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Delivering service excellence, resolving member concerns, and ensuring a safe and positive member experience are paramount. A daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and GOLD Club Standards (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean) is expected. This includes maintaining a Grand Opening look daily, executing promotional plans, ensuring visible and accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized. Understanding department performance reporting and the connection between consistent execution and business impact is also important.
