About The Position

Tire Retread Technicians will work on commercial truck tires, inspecting for damage, preparing tires for repair, patching, and repairing, while maintaining quality and safety standards. As an Tire Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a team dedicated to extending the life of tires through the retreading & repair process, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of tire disposal.

Requirements

Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada.

Responsibilities

Tire Inspection: From identifying areas requiring repair through to the final product, quality control and a keen eye for detail are required.
Tire Repair: Preform repairs using hand tools, ensuring they meet quality standards.
