About The Position

This is an entry-level position designed to support daily tire operations while developing the skills required to become a field or shop tire technician. The primary focus is on shop duties including inventory management, job staging, and assisting technicians, with structured hands-on training in tire service and installation.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a team
Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work preferred

Nice To Haves

Receive hands-on training in forklift tire service, mounting/dismounting, and job site preparation
Progressively develop skills to transition into a Tire Technician role
Learn proper safety procedures, equipment operation, and service standards

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and organize tires, wheels, and materials for scheduled jobs and service calls
Load and unload delivery trucks and service vehicles efficiently and safely
Press and dismount/mount shop tires for technicians as required
Maintain accurate inventory, including stocking, labeling, and organizing tire inventory
Assist technicians with basic tire service tasks as part of training progression
Operate shop equipment (forklifts, tire presses, air tools, etc.) as trained
Keep the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Support daily shop workflow to improve technician productivity and job readiness
Perform local tire deliveries or pickups as needed
