About The Position
Able Tire is looking for a Tire/Lube Tech to join our team in Concord. This role involves inspecting, repairing, rotating, and replacing customer vehicle tires to ensure safe operation.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Inspect customer tires for signs of wear and potential failure, including tread wear, debris, and balance.
- Perform tire repairs such as patching cracks or holes, and replacing components like valve tubes.
- Rotate tires to ensure even wear, often performed during regular maintenance.
- Replace customer tires when they present a risk to safety, after consulting with the customer.
- Check tire seals and balance new tires after installation.
