About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Loaders/Unloaders. This is a high-energy, physically demanding role perfect for candidates who enjoy staying active, lifting heavy items, and working in a self-motivated environment. The role involves loading and unloading tires from 53ft trailers and 45/40ft containers, utilizing a pallet jack for transportation. Production-based pay is offered, with an average weekly pay of $400-$600, based on the amount of tires moved.

Requirements

Ability to lift/bend/stoop/stand for the entire shift.
Steel toed or Composite toed shoes.
A company provided safety vest.

Responsibilities

Loading 53ft trailers 'high and tight' with tires in the most compact and efficient way possible.
Using a pallet jack to transport pallets/racks of tires inside the trailer.
Scanning a barcode on each pallet before loading.
Lifting tires that vary in size or weight from 5lbs to 100lbs.
Loading trailers with 400 to 900 tires, with full loads taking 2 hours or less once trained.
Unloading fully packed 53ft trailers or 45/40ft containers onto pallets/racks.
Unloading trailers with 300 to 1200 tires, ensuring the trailer is fully unloaded.
Ensuring different types of tires are not mixed during unloading.
Using a pallet jack for transporting pallets/racks into and out of the trailer.
Showing up on time and staying for the full shift.
Maintaining a constant and consistent rate of production.
Stretching before the shift.
