As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, aiming to deliver value to members. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations. The role involves demonstrating expertise in safety, compliance, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques. You will leverage digital tools for sales, service improvement, and associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for business decisions, safety alerts, product information, and training. The position also requires managing equipment, tools, supplies, inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. You are expected to be a brand advocate, valuing the member experience, modeling high-quality service, and developing and mentoring team members. The role also involves complying with company policies, completing work assignments, respecting individuals, working as a team, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
