As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves leveraging digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. You will also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory. Additionally, you will identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns. The position requires acting as a brand advocate by valuing the members' experience and modeling high-quality service and products. You will also be responsible for complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and completing work assignments and priorities. Embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences is key to creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. Strengthening the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others is also a core aspect of this role.
