As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations. This role involves leveraging digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. You will also be responsible for operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory. Additionally, you will identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns. The position also requires acting as a brand advocate, developing, influencing, and inspiring others, and embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. You will work as a team, build strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence. Strengthening the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others, and recognizing others' contributions and accomplishments are key aspects of this role. Maintaining and promoting the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance, and acting in a selfless manner, being humble, self-aware, honest, fair, and transparent are expected.
