About The Position
Northwest Tire is seeking an energetic Tire and Lube Technician to join their growing team in Bemidji. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a supportive team. Northwest Tire has a 49-year history and is a multi-state leader in tires and vehicle service, stocking over 950 tire sizes and offering full-service automotive care.
Requirements
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Able to lift and move heavy tires/equipment
Nice To Haves
- Experienced or looking to start a career with on-the-job training
Responsibilities
- Mounting, balancing & repairing tires
- Oil changes & basic fluid services
- Assisting with shop maintenance
- Supporting other technicians during larger jobs
- Providing excellent customer service on the shop floor
