Tire and Lube Tech
About The Position
The Tire Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as tire repair, tire rotation, and tire mounting/dismounting. The role also involves changing fluids and other general shop duties as assigned. Experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position offers competitive pay and a benefit package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. Employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately, which can be used after 90 days. The work schedule includes rotating Saturdays, with no Sundays. General hours of operation are 7:30am - 5:30pm, with overtime available when needed. There is also room for advancement within the company.
Requirements
- Ability to mount and dismount tires of all types
- Ability to replace or change fluids in vehicles
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stretch on a regular basis
- Must be able to get in and out of customer vehicles
- Must be a team player
- Must be at least 18 years of age
