The advisor drives sales and service excellence by communicating the value of merchandise and services, and collaborates with associates across the club to promote TBC offerings. They also triage and prioritize service workflow in TBC service bays, demonstrating knowledge of safety, compliance, industry guidelines, equipment operations, and product specifications. Leveraging technology to enhance operations and engagement is key, as is serving as a brand advocate by modeling high-quality service and developing team members. The role involves completing vehicle service requests, operating TBC equipment safely, receiving and storing merchandise, and completing documentation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with people and handling challenging situations professionally. The advisor also operates hardware, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity is required, as is completing work assignments and priorities effectively.
