Requirements

Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
Ability to lift 20–80 lbs
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-minded, seeking efficient methods of performing duties
Work as a team and independently when necessary

Nice To Haves

1 year experience preferred
Degree not required

Responsibilities

Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment
Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills
