About The Position

TIP Tech Academy offers classes, camps, workshops, and more for all ages throughout the year. TIP Tech Academy is the opportunity to get real world education to enhance all aspects of theatrical knowledge. We are looking for experienced teaching artists in any of the following areas: Stage Management, Lighting Design, Sound Design, Scenic Design, Scenic Painting, Costume Design, Props Design, Theatre Management, Choreography, Directing, Music Direction, Social Media for Theatre. Teaching Artists will lead camps and classes for all ages throughout the year, including weeklong camps during the summer. Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.

Requirements

• Experience in technical theatre, theatre direction, choreography, and more required.
• Reference/background screening required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with an educational environment a plus.
