About The Position

The Tint Installer is responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service, and installation of the company’s Automotive Window Film line. The role includes installing automotive window film, maintaining professional relationships with local wholesale and retail customers, and transporting vehicles to and from company facilities and third-party locations. The installer is also expected to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• At least 18 years old with two years of driving experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to drive high-end vehicles comfortably and safely.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude toward customers and fellow employees.
• Able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; use hands and fingers for extended periods; regularly stoop, kneel, and bend; and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of automotive window tint installation experience.
