The NYC Department of Finance (DOF) is responsible for administering tax revenue laws efficiently and transparently, fostering public confidence and encouraging compliance while providing excellent customer service. The Administration and Planning Division oversees administrative and operational services, including Financial Management, Purchasing and Contracts, Operational Services, and Diversity and Inclusion. The Office of Employee Services (OES) manages human capital and workforce administration, encompassing recruitment, personnel, civil service, labor relations, timekeeping, payroll, leaves of absence, benefits, performance management, and employee development programs. OES also handles agency-wide programs like Conflicts of Interest Board (COIB) matters, Financial Disclosure, Secondary Employment, Residency Requirements, Remote Work, Federal Tax Information (FTI) background checks, and Line of Duty Injury (LODI) policies. OES provides guidance on employee-related matters to ensure compliance with citywide and agency policies, and collaborates with agencies like DCAS, OLR, and DOI. The Time & Leave Administration unit within OES is seeking a Timekeeper Representative.
