About The Position
LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT Developing prospective clients through research in our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc. Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7 Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions quickly
- Good commercial judgment
- Enjoy working in a goal-oriented and competitive work environment
- Results-oriented and goal-oriented
- Excellent numerical understanding and communication skills
- Ability to work independently but be a team player
- Love of travel and the tact to send 3rd parties around the world
- Willing to work in shifts and as part of a team
