We are looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our team for residential
building renovations in multi-family apartment buildings. This position includes
tile installation along with general finishing work such as baseboard
installation, drywall taping, sanding, and caulking.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to complete
high-quality work independently.

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years’ experience with tile installation
• Experience with drywall taping, mudding, and sanding
• Experience in residential renovations or new construction preferred
• Ability to install baseboards and trim
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience reading measurements and basic plans
• Knowledge of different tile setting methods and materials
• Basic carpentry skills

Responsibilities

• Install wall and floor tile (ceramic, porcelain, stone)
• Measure, cut, and properly lay tile
• Install baseboards and trim
• Perform drywall finishing including taping, mudding, and sanding
• Apply caulking and sealants for a clean finished appearance
• Prepare surfaces for tile and finishing work
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
