Position at FloForm Countertops Tile Installer – Full-Time Boise, ID | Monday–Friday | $30.00/hour DOE At FLOFORM Countertops , we've been transforming homes and businesses since 1961 . We're currently looking for a Full-Time Tile Installer to join our Boise team . Requirements
- 1–2 years of tile installation experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand detailed installation layouts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to customer homes and businesses throughout the service area
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, flexible, and committed to getting the job done right the first time
Responsibilities
- Install tile backsplashes and other tile projects with precision and attention to detail
- Read and interpret custom layouts and installation plans
- Prepare surfaces, including waterproofing, drywall repair, and other necessary prep work
- Remove existing tile when required
- Ensure all installations meet FLOFORM's quality standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and business clients throughout the installation process
- Coordinate with the office team to resolve job site concerns when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
