This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the trade.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to measure accurately

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction, tile, stone, or labor experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist tile installers with job site preparation and installation tasks
- Mix thinset, grout, and other installation materials
- Measure materials and workspaces accurately
- Load, carry, and organize tools, tile, stone, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors
- Communicate effectively with team members
