About The Position

The Grout Medic is hiring a Tile & Grout Restoration Technician. This role is for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, and take pride in their quality of work. The position involves performing grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. The company provides training, tools, and support for employees to succeed and develop their skills. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchisee's management.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in tile, construction, remodeling, restoration, or a related trade preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Nice To Haves

• Mud bed and shower pan replacement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform grout and tile restoration, repair, and maintenance
• Regrout, recaulk, and color seal grout lines for residential and commercial clients
• Replace damaged tiles and repair tile installations as needed
• Deliver clean, high-quality workmanship that meets The Grout Medic's standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide an excellent service experience
