About The Position
The Grout Medic is seeking a full-time or part-time, year-round Tile and Grout Technician with a strong work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and some experience in the field. This role involves restoring tile surfaces to a beautiful and stress-free state for homeowners. The company emphasizes a safe and happy work environment, offering employment year-round. Technicians are the face of the company and interact directly with customers.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience working with grout and tile is preferred.
- Availability to work 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work.
- Valid driver's license without restrictions and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work on knees for extended periods.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and various electronic devices and applications for communication.
- Willingness to learn in-house CRM software.

Responsibilities
- Restoring tile surfaces to a beautiful, stress-free zone for homeowners.
- Performing tile and grout cleaning, tile repair, regrouting, caulking, and minor repair services.
- Driving to and from customers' homes.
- Communicating effectively with customers and using electronic devices for information sharing.
- Learning and using in-house CRM software.
