About The Position
TikTok Shop Livestream Operator We're looking for a highly organized and energetic TikTok Shop Livestream Operator to be the backbone of our live sales events. In this role, you'll be the person behind the scenes (rarely seen but often heard!), making sure every livestream runs smoothly and successfully. You'll manage technical and operational details—from flash sales and product logistics to chat moderation and giveaways—so our on-screen talent can focus on engaging with our audience. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect job for you. This is a full-time, on-site role in Beverly Hills, California.
Requirements
- Understanding of TikTok live streaming, audience engagement, and the social commerce landscape.
- Strong ability to moderate live sessions and keep the audience engaged while managing multiple conversations and troubleshooting in real time.
- Excellent written communication skills with experience in creating engaging, clear, and concise talking points for live content.
- Ability to track and analyze performance data, using insights to improve future live sessions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in identifying areas for improvement without needing extensive guidance.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare talking points and confirm all product details with our team, build music list, and program ban-words.
- Check product availability and set up all the details for our flash sales, including quantity, price, and duration.
- Help organize product inventory, create a music playlist, and design fun graphics for the show.
- Configure giveaways and set up chat moderation settings to keep the community safe and positive.
- Display talking points and set up and manage flash sales in real time; oversee the shopping cart to ensure a smooth buying process for customers.
- Moderate the chat, control the music playlist, and launch giveaways.
- Operate the cameras and/or a teleprompter if needed to ensure a seamless broadcast.
- Give shout-outs to customers who place orders and announce countdowns to build excitement.
- Provide insights on live session performance using platform metrics to assess audience engagement, product performance, and overall session effectiveness.
- Share engagement trends, top-performing products, and areas for improvement in future sessions.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries with key metrics, product feedback, and recommendations for future lives.
