About The Position

Church & Dwight is seeking a TikTok Shop Growth Leader - Touchland to join their team. This leader will be responsible for owning and scaling the Touchland TikTok Shop business. The role involves day-to-day management of TikTok Shop Seller Center, affiliate programs, product setup, promotions, and performance optimization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience; preferably with at least 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, or affiliate management, ideally within the beauty industry.
  • TikTok Seller Center & Affiliate Center experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency with sales and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop’s affiliate ecosystem and the creator economy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage creator partnerships that drive measurable sales and brand visibility.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep familiarity with beauty and lifestyle content trends, ingredients, and consumer behaviors on TikTok.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Experience managing affiliate or creator programs, preferably in beauty or CPG.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and platform dynamics
  • Excellent project management, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit beauty and lifestyle focused TikTok creators who align with our brand voice and target audience.
  • Build and maintain an active roster of relevant creators to support ongoing campaigns and product launches.
  • Onboard creators into the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, providing guidance on product positioning, education, and affiliate best practices.
  • Manage and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including setting commission structures, affiliate incentives, and campaign offers.
  • Track affiliate performance and optimize for conversion and ROI.
  • Set up and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, bundles, and promotions.
  • Manage order flow, fulfillment coordination, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.
  • Monitor account health, compliance, and policy updates.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and work with TikTok support as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for creators, talent managers, and agencies.
  • Support creators in developing authentic content — tutorials, reviews, routines, and storytelling — that builds trust and drives conversions.
  • Own tarte's DTC business on TikTok Shops, delivering GMV and profitability targets.
  • Develop trend-savvy, strategic assortments tailored to TikTok Shops and future social commerce platforms.
  • Drive sales forecasting, inventory planning, and SKU optimization with data-backed insights.
  • Own daily & weekly business recaps to C suite & cross-functional partners.
  • Build weekly, monthly and seasonal plans that align with partnerships, influencer content, and viral opportunities.
  • Leverage platform tools to track sales, marketing KPIs, and campaign effectiveness—sharing insights that shape brand strategy.
  • Liaise with TikTok and other platform account teams to unlock new initiatives, media programs, and affiliate strategies.
  • Stay ahead of TikTok/social commerce beauty trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Own product page best practices (including surfacing insights from competitors) & project manage PDP content process.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as conversion rate, engagement, click-through, and GMV.
  • Analyze data to identify high-performing creators, optimize campaign performance, and scale winning strategies.
  • Collaborate on affiliate campaigns that align with Touchland consumer needs and hero product pushes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance and merchandising.
  • Support promotional calendars, flash sales, and TikTok-led moments.
  • Partner with e-commerce, brand marketing, and product education teams to ensure messaging consistency and product accuracy in creator content.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on creator and consumer insights from TikTok trends.
  • Stay on top of the latest beauty and lifestyle cultural moments, consumer conversations, and TikTok beauty trends to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
