About The Position

Reach Social is seeking a highly motivated and fast-learning TikTok Shop Affiliate Strategy Manager to develop creator strategies and creator briefings for their agency accounts. This role is ideal for someone excited about the TikTok ecosystem, from viral content creation to affiliate management, and comfortable partnering with senior e-commerce client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The position sits at the intersection of creator strategy, performance analysis, and execution, with responsibilities including recruiting and managing creators, structuring affiliate programs, and optimizing for GMV growth. This role offers ownership for individuals passionate about creators, performance, and the creator economy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing, and/or affiliate marketing
  • 1 year experience in TikTok Shop
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Existing knowledge of the TikTok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
  • Willingness to learn fast

Responsibilities

  • Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts
  • Design and manage open plans, target plans, and TAP campaigns
  • Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output
  • Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates
  • Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities
  • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates
  • Manage creator seeding programs and retainer creator rosters
  • Coordinate creator briefs, content expectations, and posting cadence
  • Monitor affiliate GMV, content output, conversion trends, and ROI
  • Identify winning creators and content formats to scale
  • Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies
  • Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams and clients
  • Work closely with Client Success Managers, Media Buyers, and Shop Ops
  • Align affiliate pushes with merchandising, promotions, and product launches
  • Support live-affiliate initiatives and campaign launches
