Role Overview The Creator & Customer Sourcing & Outreach Coordinator is the engine that fuels our internal creator community and customer outreach pipelines. You’ll source, identify, and bring high-potential creators into our TikTok Shop ecosystem while also managing customer messaging workflows that drive retention, content flow, and GMV. This role is full-time, North America–based , and we are hiring a team member to support rapid scaling. You are part recruiter, part growth operator, part CRM manager — responsible for filling the pipeline, running outreach campaigns, optimizing automations, and providing leadership with visibility into performance.
