WE LOVE OUR WORK. Entry-level position, ideal for starting a career in Marketing. Seeking an enthusiastic, people-oriented professional with the energy and skills necessary to provide excellent customer service. Providing assistance with the following areas; Advertising, Property Marketing and Promotions. Working directly with the Director of Marketing on all coordination for internal advertising including direct mail designs, posters, collateral, etc. Responsible for the routing of approvals for all Advertising, Promotions and Events collateral. Responsible for the placement and upkeep of internal advertising displays. Responsible for the setting up of offers within the VLT systems for promotional drawings and giveaways. Writing rules and regulations for promotions and events and submits to the State for approvals. Assisting in conception of Promotions. Coordinating all Bus Marketing property visits, including scheduling, greeting the bus, billing, some sales and bus analysis. Ability to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor, Manager, or Director. Processing purchase orders and check requests for the Marketing Department. Managing Entertainment acts, contracts and scheduling. Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
