About The Position

True Classic is hiring a contract TikTok Live Host & Content Creator to represent the brand on TikTok Live. This role is focused primarily on live selling, engaging with audiences in real time, and driving conversion through authentic, high-energy on-camera presence. This is a creator-forward role — less about highly produced performance ads and more about connecting with customers live, showcasing products, and building excitement that drives revenue. This is not a traditional content role—we’re looking for someone who is confident, charismatic, and thrives on camera. Success in this role comes from your ability to connect with an audience live and turn engagement into sales. All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong on-camera presence — confident, natural, and engaging
  • Comfortable speaking for extended periods in a live setting
  • High-energy, personable, and quick-thinking
  • Ability to sell conversationally, not script-read
  • Strong communication and improvisation skills
  • Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with live platforms (TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, Twitch, etc.) preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce or sales is a plus
  • Optional: Create additional organic content (not the primary focus)

Responsibilities

  • Host recurring TikTok Live events
  • Serve as an on-camera face of the brand, bringing energy, authenticity, and confidence to every stream
  • Showcase products in real time—highlighting fit, feel, features, and value
  • Drive conversion through: Clear, compelling product storytelling, Live-only urgency and offers, Strong, consistent calls to action
  • Answer questions, handle objections, and adapt messaging live based on audience feedback
  • Interact with viewers in chat, respond to comments, and build rapport with repeat customers.
  • Create an engaging and entertaining live experience that keeps viewers watching and shopping.
  • Stay current on platform trends and live commerce best practices.
  • Capture and repurpose clips from live sessions for TikTok and other channels
  • Contribute ideas for live show formats, product features, and promotional moments
  • Partner with the Paid Media team to align live events with promotions and product pushes.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure messaging and offers are accurate and conversion-focused.
  • Work with the Creative team to maintain brand alignment while keeping content native to each platform.
