About The Position

Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running. This position is for our day shift, which offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Requirements

Must be able to demonstrate TIG welding with various types of materials and thicknesses.
Must have knowledge blueprints and AWS weld symbols.
Must be able to problem solve as needed.
Must be able to follow work instructions.
Must be able to perform quality checks on parts.
Must be familiar with basic safety operations on the TIG welder.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Measure and mark work pieces using calipers, micrometer or other gauges.
Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth work operations.
Maintain safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment.
Organize and clean equipment on a regular basis.
Must demonstrate their skills using GTAW and GMAW on standard joints.
The three joints tested are butt, lap, and t-joints.
This will be done on .030 Stainless, .030 Steel, and .060 Aluminum.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate TIG welding with various types of materials and thicknesses.

Ensure conformance to specifications.

Organize and clean equipment on a regular basis.
Demonstrate skills using GTAW and GMAW on standard joints (butt, lap, and t-joints) on .030 Stainless, .030 Steel, and .060 Aluminum.
