Requirements
- Previous experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and metal fabrication
- Ability to use measuring equipment accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum preferred
Responsibilities
- Performing TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Preparing materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces
- Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Measuring and verifying finished components using precision measuring tools
- Operating welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Following all company safety procedures and quality requirements
- Assisting with additional fabrication and production tasks as needed
