About The Position

AHU Technologies INC. is seeking a skilled TIG & MIG Welder Shop Welder Assembler for their facility in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The role involves performing TIG and MIG welding on steel and metal components, assembling fabricated parts according to engineering drawings, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on TIG & MIG welding experience
• Experience working as a Shop Welder & Assembler
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong fabrication, fitting, and assembly experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable with a stable work history

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop
• Strong blueprint-reading ability
• Excellent fitting and assembly skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Available to work the day shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Located in or willing to commute to Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel and metal components
• Assemble fabricated parts according to engineering drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Ensure weld quality meets company standards
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
