The Tier III Technician will assist clients experiencing procedural or operating difficulties with IT applications, products, or services, provide support for all Information Technology products and services, determine the most effective resolution for technical issues, update tickets with activity entries and resolution details, elevate complex or high-priority problems to appropriate support groups, and work on Help Desk related projects as assigned by their supervisor. Requirements

Experience in hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
A+, Network+, or higher certifications required.
Knowledge of operating systems
Computer hardware/software maintenance
Apple and/or Android setup and maintenance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent multi-tasking ability and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

Assist clients who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
Provide support for all Information Technology products and services.
Determine the most effective manner to resolve client's technical issue.
Update tickets with appropriate entries of activities and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
Works on Help Desk related projects as assigned by supervisor.
