Tier I NOC Technician QEH2, a mature and growing managed server provider in the Tyler, TX area, is looking for an articulate and professional Tier 1 NOC technician with opportunities for advancement. Our network operations center technicians work regularly with customers and must be able to resolve technical day to day issues. They are also responsible for monitoring customers' systems, software and networks. Essential Functions Tier I level troubleshooting of customer systems. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Opens, responds to, and closes trouble tickets. Communicates via phone and email with customers and teammates.
