Mosaic Technologies is currently looking for a NOC Technician I to join our growing team. The NOC Technician I serves as Tier 1 technical support for Mosaic’s internal and external customers, resolving or escalating technical matters to ensure minimal downtime. Additionally, this position is responsible for troubleshooting, provisioning, providing support to the IT team, and working across departments to meet customer needs.
