About The Position

TEKsystems is looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Analyst who will be responsible for assisting with computer configuration, onboarding, and system setup for all new employees. This role involves provisioning hardware, providing second-level technical support to internal users with a goal of over 90% first-level resolution, and managing incidents and service requests using tools like Active Directory, Azure, and permissions management. The analyst will support both Windows and Mac systems, utilize ServiceNow for incident and request management, and maintain a customer-focused approach with timely communication. Collaboration with a nationwide team, including remote colleagues, is essential for delivering consistent IT support.
